Electrokinesis
The ability to mentally create and manipulate electricity. This ability also extends to the various forms electricity may take, whether that be or electromagnetic energy. Electrokinesis can also do a variety of things ranging from charging a phone or maybe even an entire house as if you were a generator, to absorbing electricity. The user can use this ability to manipulate lightning as well as conjure constructs made of lightning. They can also shoot bolts of lightning and even paralyze with enough electricity shot to one person's body at one time.
